Leaving a Bequest to SAGSE

You might also like to consider leaving a bequest to SAGSE in your will. You can do this by inserting a clause in your will of the following kinds:

1. Residuary gift

A gift of your whole residuary estate:

I give my residuary estate to Scholarships for Australian-German Student Exchange Inc (SAGSE) (ABN: 50 105 866 293) of GPO Box 2539, Melbourne VIC 3001 for its general purposes.

I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer for the time being of SAGSE shall be a full and sufficient discharge for my executors.

A gift of a percentage of your residuary estate:

I give [insert percentage]% of my residuary estate to Scholarships for Australian-German Student Exchange Inc (SAGSE) (ABN: 50 105 866 293) of GPO Box 2539, Melbourne VIC 3001 for its general purposes.

I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer for the time being of SAGSE shall be a full and sufficient discharge for my executors.

2. Monetary gift

I give [insert specific sum of money] to Scholarships for Australian-German Student Exchange Inc (SAGSE) (ABN: 50 105 866 293) of GPO Box 2539, Melbourne VIC 3001, for its general purposes.

I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer for the time being of SAGSE shall be a full and sufficient discharge for my executors.
